ईसासनी हे महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील नागपूर जिल्ह्यातील हिंगणा तालुक्यात स्थित एक ग्रामीण गाव आहे. गावाचा कारभार ग्रामपंचायत ईसासनी मार्फत चालविला जातो. हे गाव प्रामुख्याने कृषीप्रधान असून येथील नागरिक शेती, मजुरी व शेतीपूरक व्यवसायावर अवलंबून आहेत. गावात प्राथमिक शाळा, अंगणवाडी, पाणीपुरवठा, वीज, अंतर्गत रस्ते व इतर मूलभूत सुविधा उपलब्ध आहेत. गावातील नागरिक सामाजिक ऐक्य जपत पारंपरिक सण-उत्सव उत्साहाने साजरे करतात. ग्रामपंचायत ईसासनी गावाच्या सर्वांगीण विकासासाठी विविध शासकीय योजना व विकासात्मक उपक्रम प्रभावीपणे राबवते.

महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार हमी योजना (मनरेगा) ही ग्रामीण भागातील गरजू लोकांना कामाची हमी देणारी योजना आहे, ज्यामुळे रोजगारनिर्मिती, आर्थिक स्थिरता, सामाजिक समावेश आणि ग्रामीण विकास साध्य होतो.
स्वच्छ भारत मिशन ही भारत सरकारची राष्ट्रीय योजना आहे, जी स्वच्छता सुधारण्यासाठी, शौचालयांची निर्मिती करण्यासाठी, कचरा व्यवस्थापन सुधारण्यासाठी आणि जनजागृती वाढवण्यासाठी राबवली जाते.

खिरवडे गावामध्ये काळामादेवी मंदिर परिसरात बिहार पॅटर्न वृक्षारोपण मोहीम मोठ्या प्रमाणात वृक्ष लागवड केली आहे कमीत कमी १२०० ते १५०० वृक्ष लागवड केली असून त्याचे सलग तीन वर्षे जतन केले आहे व आज रोजी त्या झाडांना मोसमानुसार फळे फळे येतात
गावामध्ये दसऱ्याला नऊ दिवस दुर्गादौड उत्सव मोठ्या थाटामाटात साजरा केला जातो सकाळी पाच ते नऊ या वेळेत दुर्गादौड मोहीम राबवली जाते हा उत्सव मोठ्या जोमाने तयारीने खेरवाडी गावात केला जातो व कमीत कमी लोकसंख्या 300 ते 400 लोक दररोज सकाळी उपस्थित असतात महिन्यातून एकदा मासिक सभा ग्रामपंचायतची होते व 15 ऑगस्ट 26 जानेवारी विशेष ग्रामसभा महिला ग्रामसभा अशा चार ते आठ ग्रामसभा वर्षातून होतात दहावी व बारावीच्या विद्यार्थ्यांचा सत्कार समारंभ कार्यक्रम मुली व मुलांचा प्रोत्साहन म्हणून केला जातो
खिरवडे गावामध्ये अमृत सरोवर आहे म्हणजेच पिण्याच्या पाण्याचा मोठा तलाव आहे कमीत कमी त्याची लांबी एक किलोमीटर आहे तो गावाच्या दक्षिण दिशेस डोंगराच्या खालच्या बाजूला निसर्ग रम्य वातावरणामध्ये बांधण्यात आला आहे त्या तलावाच्या पाण्याचे पाणी गावाला वर्षभर मुबलक मिळते दरवर्षी मानव सरोवर तिथे 15 ऑगस्ट व 26 जानेवारीला अमृत सरोवर म्हणून ध्वजावंदन केले जाते
